Alan is a very experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, with over 33 years experience in the construction industry having worked on a variety of projects including railways, roads, tunnels, power stations, and buildings and civils works. He has wide ranging experience from the design stage, through tender stage, to construction phase and post-construction work including contracts administration, claims and dispute work, and assistance in support of mediations and arbitrations. He has worked for major contractors, employers and consultants and is proficient in all aspects of quantity surveying.
Cannonway has recently appointed Alan to provide specialist contractual, commercial and quantity surveying services to their clients in Hong Kong, and throughout the region as required.
