Cannonway Awarded Contract on Major LNG Plant in Qatar
Cannonway Consultants, one of Hong Kong’s leading contracts consultants to the construction industry, has won a contract to provide commercial and quantity surveying services on the construction of large scale gas processing plant in Ras Laffan, Qatar.
Dolphin Energy Limited, a consortium of government and major oil corporations, has commissioned the gas processing plant, worth in the region of US$1.6 billion, as part of the provision of natural gas to the United Arab Emirates. The gas is intended to be used for fuel power generation plants in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and also for export to other nations.
Cannonway has been contracted to provide commercial management and quantity surveying services for this major project.
