RICS Dispute Resolution Faculty
Following the re-launch of the RICS in Hong Kong in 2004, a number of faculties have been set up by the RICS. Chris Morgan, Cannonway’s managing director, is a committee member of the RICS Dispute Resolution Faculty. This faculty will consider all aspects of disputes and how services to the RICS Hong Kong members may be provided by means such as training, advice, and schemes to assist with the resolution of construction disputes. One of the first tasks of the DRF is to set up in Hong Kong the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme which will provide a listing of construction experts which is not currently available in Hong Kong.
