Chris Morgan Appointed as DRAd
On Two Contracts
Chris Morgan, Managing Director of Cannonway Consultants, has been appointed as the Dispute Resolution Advisor for two Hong Kong Housing Authority projects for the redevelopment of the Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estates phases 2 and 3. The contractor for both projects is Tysan Foundation Ltd. The works consist of the foundations for six forty storey residential blocks and associated works. Cannonway are very pleased to continue with the provision of dispute resolution advisors services which have been successfully provided previously with Hong Kong’s Architectural Services Department.
The role of the Dispute Resolution Advisor is to work with the parties as a neutral member of the team to ensure that disputes do not arise, or if disputes should arise, to assist with their resolution.
