As well as the traditional means of construction procurement, Cannonway has experience of Design and Build (D&B), Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts. How to Procure our Services


Our fee arrangements have sufficient flexibility to accommodate the needs of any particular assignment.

Depending upon the specific needs of a particular client or assignment, we are able to arrange time charges, lump sum charges, percentage fees or a combination of these. We can also arrange retainer agreements for the provision of regular contracts services, which give clients the security of a specialist overview, advice and risk management on a continuing basis.
