Provision of Specialist Staff
In addition to the construction services noted elsewhere in this section of our website, Cannonway also regularly provide specialist construction staff to deal with particular issues, support our client’s teams and provide short or long term additional resource.
Cannonway provides specialist staff such as quantity surveyors, cost engineers, sub-contract managers, commercial managers, contract administrators, planners and schedule control engineers for short and long term assignments for all types of construction and engineering works. These staff work on the project site as an integral part of the management team, and may also spend time at the client’s head office to set up systems and sub-contracts.
Clients also receive the benefit of back-up and advice from Cannonway, and can thus draw upon the substantial experience and knowledge within the Cannonway organisation.
Cannonway has provided staff for major projects in Hong Kong, PRC, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Middle East, Russia and South America.
