Raymond is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, with over 18 years experience in the construction industry having worked on a variety of projects including buildings,civils, foundations, fitting-out and maintenance works. He has wide ranging experience from the pre-contract through construction phase to post-contract work including contracts administration, preparation of Bills of Quantities, final accounts and tender documentation, valuation of variations and assistance in support of mediations and arbitrations. He has worked for major contractors, quantity surveyors and consultants and is proficient in all aspects of quantity surveying.
Cannonway has recently appointed Raymond to provide specialist contractual, commercial and quantity surveying services to their clients in Hong Kong, and throughout the region as required.
