Dennis is a Senior Consultant / Contracts Manager, and has over 40 years experience gained in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil/Architectural and Electro/Mechanical Projects. He is well versed in all aspects of contractual claims preparation and administration, contracts administration, quantity surveying, scheduling/planning and quality assurance.
Dennis has worked on some of the largest petrochemical projects worldwide, working for a variety of major contractors where he has provided full contract administration services and advice for for all disciplines, as well as claims, counter claims involving various issues such as sub-contractors abandonment of the works, client suspensions and associated Extensions of Times and Loss and Expense . He has extensive experience in all aspects of managing final accounts, supervision and preparation of contractual correspondence, change orders management, negotiations and resolutions and provision of specialist contractual advice to the client.
Dennis has recently been appointed by Cannonway to provide contractual, commercial and quantity surveying services to one of their clients on a major power project in Mexico City.
