Cannonway Awarded Contract for Specialist Contractual Assistance on Major Residential Development in Macau


Cannonway Consultants is one of Hong Kong’s longest established and leading firms of contracts consultants to the construction industry.

They have been appointed by a Macau Contractor to provide specialist quantity surveying, commercial and contractual assistance on the major residential development ‘One Grantai’ in Taipa, Macau. Cannonway will be working alongside the client’s own team in their office in Macau. The project is a major multi-million dollar project and comprises six blocks with high quality finishes (6-star hotel lobby), 70,000 sq ft club house and 33 stories. Completion of the project is expected in early 2010.

Cannonway are providing expertise and specialist technical advice and assistance to the Contractor, including contractual correspondence, valuations, claims, final accounts work and negotiations with the Employer.
