Paul is a senior consultant / contracts manager with a background in contract administration spanning over 26 years. His career has encompassed most areas of responsibilities on a wide range of projects, including petrochemical, civil engineering, building, and mechanical engineering services in an assortment of disciplines and environments. Paul has provided full contract administration services and advice for for all disciplines, as well as claims, counter claims and very close involvement and liaison with Company Lawyers, particularly in case of client insolvency/bankruptcy, sub-contractors abandonment of the works, client suspensions and associated Extensions of Times (Prime Contracts and all affected Sub-contracts). He has extensive experience in all aspects of managing final accounts, supervision and preparation of documentation/evidence/costing for “impending” court cases and Changes/Orders/Discrepancy Orders management, negotiations and resolutions. Advice and recommend on a “change to Company Contracting methods and Standard Forms of Contract/Sub-contract”. Paul has worked throughout the world including Africa, the Middle East and Europe, providing specialist contractual, commercial and contracts administration services to a variety of organizations.
Cannonway has recently appointed Paul to provide specialist commercial and contractual advice to one of their clients in Tokyo, a major Japanese petrochemical corporation who are the constructors of a substantial chemical facility in Saudi Arabia.
